A few simple points about the Value My EV service.

What happens to your request

This form records a valuation enquiry. It does not generate an instant price. We are developing our introduction service, so a buyer, valuation or response time is not guaranteed. We will confirm a named provider with you before sharing your details.

The valuation

Any valuation is an estimate based on the information available at the time. It is not a guaranteed purchase offer and may change after the vehicle, its documents, condition, history or battery information have been checked.

Your vehicle details

Please provide complete and accurate information. Mileage, specification, condition, previous damage, outstanding finance, service history and battery condition may affect the final value.

No obligation

It is free to request a valuation and you are not required to sell your vehicle or use any partner introduced through Electric Car Help.

Selected partners

Electric Car Help may introduce you to a selected valuation or vehicle-purchasing partner. If you decide to proceed, any sale or further service will be subject to that partner's own checks and terms. Electric Car Help may receive a referral fee, which we will disclose. Compare the final offer and any fees with other options.
